It's simple really and most of the problem can be attributed to:
Lack of training and funding: most of SNA are clan militia and hardly know their military duties, for example minister Bayle was complaining that soldiers expect to get more money on top of their monthly salary if you want them to do anything, they're not manning the checkpoints if you don't give them money that day, so more troops doesn't mean anything if they aren't doing their job. President Deni said that when they came to power Galkacyo had around 2000 soldiers and yet alqushash were killing people left and right so they trained 120 for the city police and in 3 months they caught most of them, so training them is critical and they also need to raise their salaries. the new government should prioritize the security sector and focus on securing the south.

I've never blamed isaaq and I'm not blaming you , if we want to defeat the terrorists we must be honest with ourselfs and take closer look at whose supplying these terrorists with weopens and explosives .
