I'm telling you ladies, do not work with WOMEN they are the most vile creatures. They have multiple faces, they good at gaslighting, gossiping and bringing others down. I've worked for this industry for one year and a half and I've seen 10 staff members leave in a short period.

I'm telling you for the sake of your mental health stay away from jobs that are women dominated, that is health care - nursing , teaching , beauty etc . You can't trust anyone. I have worked with males before and it was like jannah. The odd banter here and there and going home relaxed. I'm going home stressed now. I had literally 5 cadaan girls vs me the other day. I won't get into detail. But start your own business looooool

It's really because men will resort to violence between each other if they did what women do to each other and that would just lead to getting fired which no one wants so everyone keeps it cool and chill no need for beef over something petty.

I worked with a lot of males before and they were very calm, and during break they would just chill together and eat and converse about anything.

There is mutual respect because of the threat of violence and since everyone is respectful they are able to get along easier with each other. Most guys only come into conflict when ego or ironically women are involved.
As for women they don't really resort to violence as much so there is no such thing as the concept of fighting words between women and everything stays verbal but just gets progressively more vicious.

Men are competitive in a work environment aswell I believe the issue is actually women when given a higher position or just position of authority have queen bee syndrome and basically want to be the only woman in there position so they bully, cause drama etc as a way of pulling up the ladder behind them and other women want to be in that position so they try to tear her down.

Its kind of like how actual queen's never had females around them only men most of the women they did have around them was just for her to put her foot on there necks. Most Queens where like Cersei Lannister from game of thrones while men don't do this with each other.

Basically women when placed in traditionally masculine roles feel other women are a threat to there position and other women when they see women in traditionally masculine roles want to take it for themselves but both don't mind men being in those roles so don't act that way towards men.

Men will compete to be the best at their job but will also work together in groups to get something done. Women will actively destroy one another and will never be able to cooperate in a group like men can. When was the last time you saw a large group of women working in a project?

Women see each other as a threat and will play these petty games that annoy me so much when I witness it irl. Women do not have mutual respect for each other's ability like men do and act more with their emotions. Like the video said, it's rare for women to get into top positions so they may try pull the ladder from under them and make sure other women don't try replace them.

Lmaoooo yeah it's me and my indian co worker trying to survive and not get dragged in any drama . We do our work and get out.
