I have been to Borama, these dogs are basically all over the horn and homeless, and these dogs are savages and have rabies and attack people on the streets.

Why not train them? These dogs can't go to waste like this they can be used for many things as reconnaissance, guarding, etc... Once again Somalis only think as far as today but I think for the future these dogs can be trained just hire a famed dog-trainer from outsider problem solved.
