It’s hard to tell, bc even her first name Jamila though potentially Somali is a name I associate more with AAs, along with the last name Hardwick. Plus, a lot of Black Americans look like that. I know you Europeans think they all look like Precious, but they don’t.

She could be plain AA, or a Somali who married an AA.

If we can assume Lynn is her middle name, then yes she’s definitely AA.

But she looks particularly Somali in this picture. You guys have to think there’s a lot of AA’s who’re Hornerish looking though, think the Washington, Bryant types.

So surnames can be misleading, especially with women.
