Does a man have to give consent?

Before you call me rape apologist. Im just asking.....I see some of these accusation young people partying, getting drunk and having drunk sex. Now if both parties are drunk. who gives who consent? Does regret mean rape now?

Drunk sex is never consensual. Never. Even if both parties are drunk (which technically means they are raping each other lol).

Legally yes. But drunk people can still say simple words like 'no' and if two of them go at it without speaking it's assumed as consent

It's only rape if someone is extremely intoxicated to the point where they are unconscious and absolutely cannot give consent

If both parties are in that condition then it's physically impractical and would be as dull as basic Somali sex
