Perhaps the law enforcement in one state in the Mid-west should keep eye on someone. Why would she (or he) be interested in this case? Why should she (or he) be giving people warnings on sealed covers? Is she (or he) onto something? Is she (or he) studying how to bypass sealed covers or come up with her (or his) own sealed covers in the next crime? I aint pointing the fingers, but something seems to be odd.
