Do you consider third generation Somali Immigrants Somalis?

If a Somali migrated to let's say America in the 1950s and lived among a Somali community there, do you consider his grandchildren today Somalis knowing they don't speak Somali? What's going to be the future of the Somali diaspora by 2066, 75 years after 1991? If they ever decided to go back, are they going to be considered Somalis or are they going to be considered foreigners?

Foreigners
 
Culturally, as long as they know their relatives back home it doesn’t matter. They can visit one time and be reconnected to their roots.

Isn't that the same situation as many Italian Americans who are 3rd and sometimes 4th 5th generation? Many of them only know English, but still claim to have Italian ancestry.
