Do you believe strong private property rights can end the disputes over resources between clans?.

i was readings some materials about developing economics. it is a field of economics that deals with developing countries and i learned that property is very important in developing the economy of less developed countries and majority of them don't have this but when i ever i hear about clans fighting each other over land or resources, i always think that if we had strong private property rights these disputes might have never existed and the lands would be owned by people as individuals rather than clans claiming lands as collective.

In order for that to happen you'd need a strong police presence to protect said property rights. They would have to be uncorrupt as well, or it's just the same problem.

If strong property rights do exist, then yeah, clan issues in said areas based on living won't be a thing. However, what about doing business? Work? Education? Building a family? If you're from the wrong clan, if you experience difficulties because of that, then property rights aren't going to be something worthwhile to invest in on an individual level. They'd just live in lands where their clan lives.

well we cannot solve all problems at once but i don't think most clans have a problem with these you listed even smaller clans except marginalised clans. even if other clans won't hire for your clan still if your clans is doing fine you will be ok.
