In the Bush era, with the help of United States the 3 main gulf countries were working with the somali federal government. During Obama and trump era, because these gulf countries couldn’t agree on somali politics, and the United States took a step back in the horn africa region. each of gulf states aligned themselves with each federal state, thus causing the federal government to lose control.
