there's not even a documentable quantity of Oromos in the UK and US and there are only 3k in Canada and 2k in Australia.

Oromo people haven't had a big western migration yet.

There are more than 2k Oromos in Australia. The problem with the ABS census is that most Oromos write country of birth as Ethiopia, so do many Somalis from Ethiopia. Their number in Australia is estimated to be above 10,000.

I've yet to meet a non-muslim or 'christian oromo'

I personally only know Habeshas from Ethiopia & Eritrea in the West. Weirdly enough, I haven't met a single Oromo, considering they're one of the largest ethnic groups in the HOA.
