Do immigrants in Norway do better than those in Sweden?

I'm really curious whether those in norway do better, sweden is known for gang groups, but nothing is heard from Norway although they are next to Sweden.

Tääl suomes, in Finland the social services will come only when they are absolutely needed. They have no workers or money so they just prioritise the most urgent cases. Literally troubled kids will not be taken away until they f*ck shit up.
