They always have to have a boogieman to excuse their incompetence and xayawaanimo. If it ain't Somaliland, it's Djibouti. If it ain't Djibouti, it's Ethiopia. If it ain't Ethiopia it's Arabs. They are like african american absentee fathers blaming everyone else for their own problems.
