And this is nothing new cisse and samaroon have been beefing over land before siad barre was elected its about saylac mostly. The Issa took a slight majority in the Zeila district council and the Gadabursi took Borama and Baki exclusively and they won Lughaya hands down. Only 2 or 3 max are Ciise.

Zeila district is always competition. We won exclusively last time. This time they won because of IOG and political meddling. Last election the Gadabursi completely outnumbered the Ciise in Zeila.

We had Zeila for 10 years. Let the Ciise have it.
