You will not see them commonly but they do exist.
French and cadaan are not that much but they live in gated communities with upper class Djiboutians and other nationalities. The upper class areas are more diverse then the majority of the city which is mosty Issa Somali but other clans as well as ethnics such as Afars and Yemeni who are assimilated into Somali language
