Sab' and harar has nothing to do with each orther, that's like saying اسعد الكامل founded mogadishu. Harar was founded after sa'ad ad-din and became the capital around the time of futuh.

These ruling family is most likely derived from the list of rulers of harar which is itself a list combining the rulers of shewa, adal, harar etc.
