Did we do Somaliland wrong? Somaliland minister says we betrayed him

I respect Irir Samaale and I go out my way to not harm Somaliland. That said I don't believe we betrayed Somaliland. Last year when I was fighting Farmajoo and Al-shabab even Puntland sent me one truck of food and moral support. DDS Ogaden gave Xawaadle trucks, ammunition, food, weapons and moral support. What did Somaliland give us? Yet I never said Somaliland owned me anything. So is this somaliland minister right or wrong, did we betray Somaliland?
