Some of them, like OP, are only there to sow chaos and instability in Somalia. This story is wildly untrue but at other times he’s busy ratcheting up tensions and making up other stories. It’s like these people never learn. If you fling shit around the house, it stinks.

It's irresponsible and lazy to run with these false stories. I can give the fobs a pass, they are ignorant and uneducated, but I don't see what an educated person who knows these things rarely happen in Somalia, would jump with these stories.

I agree, Somalia is a backward, barbaric shithole that's ran by uneducated savages! There's no one here denying that. What I have a problem is spreading fake stories, stories that were first "broken" by internet fob personalities who don't call themselves reporters. Anytime anyone that's well known dies in Somalia, they blame the sitting president.

They blamed Ethiopia for the deaths of Ali Khalif Galayd and Abwan Sangub. When Hadrawi passed recently, a lot of these idiots were saying he was poisoned. When Ali Mahdi died, they blamed Farmaajo saying he killed him.

Somali people have a lot of problems but when these guys wanna kill someone, they shoot them. The culture of poisoning people requires patience and order, that's very unsomali like.

I have heard of poisonings in the west involving Somali women. Her sudden death should be treated with suspicion.

I am not being dismissive. Somalis back home kill using the gun. For example, president farmaajo used to attack his opps with soldiers. We Somalis are not so chill and orderly to the paint of waiting for the opportunity of the person we want to kill get sick. Believe me, if the government wanted her dead, she would have been shot 10 times long time ago.

I don't think the government had anything to do with it. Some are saying she had a surgery of some sort, I wouldn't be surprised if she died because some unqualified doctor operated on her. That's a lot more likely than chaotic Somalis poisoning you when they can just shoot you in the middle of street in broad mid day.

Anyways, the point is, we don't know, and until there's clear prove, you and the others should stop the speculations.

The Farmajo story is true. Siad Barre also hated Isaaq and committed clan cleansing against them because someone from that clan killed his abo over a dispute. Somalia is a very dark and scary place. Is Farmajo or HSM your qabiil? The difference between me and you guys in this section is that I don't engage in qabyalaad and will point and stand up against my own qabiil and my own father. I will embarrass them any opportunity I get if they deserve it. There is no hope for Somalia because everyone here and outside of this place doesn't have what it takes to do the right thing. Somalia is one of the worst places in the world to be a woman and you can kill with impunity there. Of course I am suspicious. Most people her age just don't drop dead and die for no reason.
