I hope when Farmajo met Muse in Addis he negiotated the 4.5 post of Hawiye and telling hawiye to tanasul since they have the capital, plus Dir is your irir brother as we can't violate other tribe quota. Not only that, but the Dir clan as a whole should be assigned the position and compete for it not just Isaaq plus this falls in-line with 4.5 clan designation rules.

Im not sure why Isaaq worship Egal. What has he ever done other then demobilization which has pros/cons. The Erigavo peace-deal was done by the Isimo of Harti and Isaaq, not him. I can't point to anything he has added positive nation wide.
Dr Osman has a mix of Political Inspirations.
1. Siyad/Abdillahi how they were not corrupt and had an 'aragti' and philosophy. They governed on a vision which has benefited all Somalis.
2. Aden Adde transferring power without causing drama
3. Sharif delegating power to your PM, especially if your out of ur depth(his sunday school teacher)
4. HSM can't point to anything inspirational
5. Ali Mahdi, To leave wisdom behind to the next generation of your failures.
6. Abdillahi Yusuf to write a biography
7. Their Social network locally and globally. I've yet to find a template
8. Their professional/personal life achievements. I've yet to find a template
9. If their gifted genetically or educated or both. I've yet to find a template
10. Their diplomatic skill to navigate their vision around other politicians at a local/regional/global context. I've yet to find a template
11. Charisma level with the Public. Farmajo
That's why Dr Osman will be a brutal politician or as an Isim will know how to 'measure' all politicians with a 'standard' and a set of metrics, becuz I collect the positives from all leaders who left a 'legacy'.
The other metric I will gouge a leader on if he is able to make 'decision' advising him good or bad decisions lead to success or failure which leads to rejoice or lessons learned, that is far better then wasting your 5 years making no decision which leads to regret, missed opportunities, etc.

PPL overlook those who are not educated but gifted genetically either rabbani or by nature. I started to acknowledge this when I saw what Meles Zenawi did for Ethio and he didn't finish university. Same with Abdillahi Yusuf Legacy on Somalia, Same with Siyad. Even the SYL founder were un-educated. However today we have thousands of ppl with PHDS and they can't even lead a 'tuulo' let alone a nation. I think a mix of genetics or rabbani gift coupled with education and then experience is the best MIX.
I must say I've yet to find a perfect template for diplomatic skills based on their legacy. China is showing some 'teeth' here by helping saudi/iran to end their in-direct war in the region. The greatest diplomat will be judged on who solves palestine/israel issue, that guy will be studied for centuries to come. I've yet to see any real diplomats in africa tho.
