Terrible move to meet Ismail Geele, Djibouti own 'Siyad Barre' attempt at a 'dictator of what's essentially a territory the size of a 'city' in Somalia. He has managed to keep these clans working against each other to ensure nothing of significance if ever born in Somalia for the very reason his Djibouti loses it's regional significance and become over-shadowed by the larger, strong, united Somalia. They fear Somalia over-shadowing them similar to how Saudi(30 million) big brothers Qatar(1 million people) population. They refused to also join the Ethiopia-Eritrea-Somalia regional coordination pact showing more signs they prefer isolating themselves in any situation involving larger regional neighbors.
