Cut all western aid to African countries and don't give Somaliland a dime. Chinese loans is better for Africa since they'll have the responsibility to pay it back; free Western money will continue to destroy them. Disgusting that $40M in Canadian taxpayer money was given to Somalia in 2019. It was all pocketed.
