Dark brown hair or black hair?

Have you ever been confused about what colour your hair was? when i was younger i couldn't tell the difference between black or dark brown hair. The only way to tell the difference is in the sun.

I noticed most africans have dark brown hair but think they have black hair. Asians however have the darkest black hair known to man.

It's black but under the sun it has a sort of brownish-purplish tinge. Only works if I have an afro for light to go through.

My eyes look super brown under the sun. My hair too in a prudential light.

Really? never heard of that myth. Most of my family members have brownish hair.
