I think it all hinges on whether the homeless person was actually threatening and scaring people. if you don't live in a place where there are homeless people you are very fortunate.... but whoever has experience I think knows that there are some mentally ill homeless people who do go around and antagonize and threaten people. I wasn't there and I don't know what happened in this incident.... but I am angry about the lack of safety... in many places the government is not doing what its supposed to do and protecting the innocent people from criminals....if the government does not protect the people against criminals who want to hurt people.... then of course the ordinary people will take things into their own hands and this becomes very dangerous of course. the government is not protecting the people and it is the government's own fault that it is not doing what it should. why do we have a government? it isn't supposed to just be taking our tax money, it's supposed to be protecting people so we don't live in chaos and lawlessness. of course in those environments things will happen.
