As you said, the country is extremely centralised. Paul Kagame has his Cushitic hands on everything to make sure the Huutus don't screw it all up. We need to do the same thing.
They are still extremely poor but they have a bright future thanks to their ambitious leader.

That makes even more impressive that they’re able to accomplish so much with so little.
I had a transit in Kigali airport. It is a small airport but very well organized unlike Somali airports where an AK47 carrying jahil shouts at people.

Somalia is everything you stated and more. The entire population is dependent on remittances and some form of aid.

Puntland receives food aid because of all the idps. 90% of the idps are southern somalis, yemens, oromos and non puntlanders. the poorest puntlander has more assets than a average somalis in the america or canada
That's true most puntlanders could buy two or three houses if they traded their livestock in and settled in a city, we have a huge middle class in Puntland and there is no denying that. What we need is a strong government and that's not possible until Somalis put their my tribe is better then yours aside and just compete on development.
If we had a good government and that can only come from settling our political differences, all we need to do is take out our natural resources and use that as hard capital and begin investing into key growth sectors such as high standard education facilities so our students don't need to go overseas, better hospital facilities which depends highly on our education sector and what type of students we produce, better roads/airports/ports and access infrastructure, cheap electricity and cost of living.
Most people around the world just want to make money, buy a home, get married, and have spending money left over to do extra stuff. How you get to that target in your country is based on how smart your leaders are and how stable your society is in terms of proper reconcilation, proper institutions, etc
According to the latest research, Puntland has low income inequality so the GDP per capita is representative.
Not att all sxb. That money is just the money circulating in puntland. "representative" would be if that money was spread out evenly between the public which would b ludicrous since there's no literal communism there
