Unfortunately this is the norm for Somali politicians.

laws need to be passed, so things like this cannot happen. Unfortunately people are so used to the status quo that this is seen as normal. Our leaders need to be held accountable, every little thing they do needs to be scrutinised by their citizens. This will continue to happen until a proper leader is elected into office. One that cares first for his nation (after God that is).
