Somalia due to it's location has had to adapt and change due to new global world orders using our maritime to conduct their trade or security as far back as ancient egypt era.
As Somali-wayn we have intimidate knowledge of Ethiopia and Kenya needs and it's priority to the west thru Ogaden Influencing. We know the Khaleej also.
We got Colonial history with France, UK, Italy and can tap into that to understand their needs. We have ancient contact with India, China and Modern Contact with Russia and China in the Cold war. Our largest diaspora is in America also and western countries.
What African country has all that capabiliy but Somalia, why can't we sell this to Africans that their growth is welcome and supported by Somalia as Somalia will benefit and grow also, if they don't grow, we don't grow.
But I am afraid zero sum is so embedded in our culture at a SOCIAL level even in FKD, this will also mean our politicians are going to be the same.
