Could Liyu police operations in Bakool boost Somali nationalism?

The residents of southern Somalia have been oppressed by the evil Al shaydaan group for many years, now the Liyu police is attacking AS in those areas and killed many terrorist rebels. Liyu police are somalis, they may be from Ethiopia but they are somalis like the rest of us, they aren't a foreign occupying force like the xabashi army. In just a few days Liyu police did more than Uganda, Kenya, Burundi and Xabashida combined.
Could this boost Somali nationalism? This is a demonstration that somalis working together can solve their problems

SNA is not capable of employing the same tactics as Liyu they were designed as a conventional military for starters and there is way too much politics in every facet of the military for it to be an effective counter-insurgency force.
