The worst bosses and supervisors I ever had were non white POC. This includes Black, Asian, Indian etc. I’m not trying to Booty clap for whites but the truth is whites know they gotta stay on point optically otherwise they’re out of here with no sympathy. The POC ones know they can get away with stuff because the spotlight isn’t on them and can use that to their leverage and gaslight you.

I use to love working with non white ppl as I believed we would have each other’s backs or have a “shared experience”. sadly i’ve come to realize there is no black and brown POC coalition. It’s a damn free-for-all.

I find working with muslims hit or miss depending on how practicing they are or if their muslim by name only.

For me i prefer White-bosses but if another race has to be my boss- they have to be smarter than me. Walaahi i am not kidding. Aduuuunka i hate a boss who is less smarter than me. I will abuse them and cause drama and when they revenge i will cry victim!

Cadaan are the most backstabbing and conniving group to work with. It’s exhausting to work with people who talk so fake and use high pitched voices to feign enthusiasm. Their energy is extremely draining. And because most of them are unfulfilled in their personal lives, they make work a huge social event. I’m working with mostly Africans now and Somalis which is very relaxing and comfortable.

Best boss I had was my principal when I was teaching. My first 2 years teaching were the last 2 years of his career, man was about to retire and didn’t give a f*ck about nothing.
The other teachers were scared of him for no reason, the man loved to shit talk and I was always ready for it. One time man was like when you gonna trim your Afro to me, trying to give me a hard time, I told him don’t be jealous old man at least I don’t have to wear a toupe
He had a good sense of humour, laughed and started pulling his hair.
The guy used to get wasted at every staff party and roast random ppl. He even set me up once by asking me to guess a cadaan female coworkers age in front of her and I added like 10 years to her age, man was dying and she was mad.
Wallahi I miss that old f*ck
