It was reported gov contributed money and the equipment but yes the locals contributed too which made it possible in the first place as it pushed the demand.Do keep in mind SL admin only collected 1.5 million in Sool in 2020.
Hope this road along with many others to come in the near future can spur economic growth and therefore reduce poverty inshaaAllah.I called the tweet fake news which it clearly is as it's a lie.
