i have a NUANCED view on ilhan as you all should, but nuance does not come in handy to 68 iq holders so let me explain:
- Yes, she promotes jaahilnimo like LGTB, but to get ahead in the democratic party, it's a must. Sight one Dem who holds questionable (open) views on LGBT issues, I'll wait. They are all either silent, or the loud about their support, and the face of demo party, aka the Squad, need to be extra loud in ther support so all qowm lut vote for her. Besides, when she releases a lesbian sex tape is when I'll withdraw my support
- for people saying she hasn't supported Somalia, she was instrumental in vocal support of debt relief for Somalia. She spoke on the contreversy about not voting but still in support;
“Debt relief is a step in the right direction, and I look forward to continuing to work for the free, peaceful, democratic Somalia we all want to see,” said Omar. The freshman congresswoman, however, voted against House Resolution 1158, an appropriations bill that provided debt relief for Somalia, and House Resolution 1865 because they both “fail to hold this president accountable for his human rights abuses.”
Shortly after releasing her first statement, she issued a second statement explaining why she actually voted against the bill.
“Rather than using our mandate for reform, the national security bill passed today maintains the status quo in foreign policy, giving the president a blank check to continue unwinnable wars and increases funding for human rights abuses under ICE,” she said.
This, according to Omar, is “simply unconscionable.”
“The second package maintains the global gag rule and the Hyde amendment, creates a backdoor way to eliminate aid and starve the Palestinian people, recognizes support for Juan Guaidó as President of Venezuela and includes $1.3 billion in military funding for Egyptian dictator Abdel Fattah el-Sisi,” she continued.
- She is paving the way for more Somalis to get involved in politics and serves as an inspiration for millions of Somalis. Newly elected Somali women in minnesota council both sighted ilhan as inspiration, and many in turn will be inspired by these girls

The only comparable ones are the head guy of the UN council International Court of Justice, and although he is in a very esteemed and high role as a president, he has not exerted his somalinimo in securing the Somali maritime border dispute with Kenya at the ICJ, an until that happens, he is a token minority role for me. Harsh but oh well
All in all, don't hate on Ilhan cause the cadaans are already doing so, it makes me so embarassed to know that many of the disparagement against her stemmed from this site. At the same time the side effect of extreme community cohesion is that you segregate your group from the rest.
That's one of the main reasons there was a lot of superstition and fear that lead them to be persecuted throughout history.

Congresswoman Ilhan could've benefited us more by just staying lowkey and focusing on the main issues her constituents need her for instead of jumping all over the place chasing after infamy.
Then again she's just human and maybe the fame got to her.

As to being Jealous of her. You know who i am jealous of? Ayaan Hirse? Her intelligence impresses me. There is really nothing about Ilhaan Omar that impresses me walaahi. If anything, i am embarrassed by her, which is the root of my dislike.

Fair enough, you can like or dislike whoever you want but you have to be objective and fair.
For Ayaan Hirsi I don’t have any issues with her, since I am not religious person. She is trying to reform Islam similar to Christian, like Protestant reformation 500 years ago.
What I don’t like her is how alter right is using her against Somalis.
