He was killed by a soldier native to Yagoori. The slain Colonel hails from Sool too but different subclan

The slained Colonel was of calibre and was promoted to become one of the principal high command and commanders of the 7th Battalion made up mostly of reer Sool and headed by Commander Mahad Cambaashe
