The wagon represents SL as a country, the wheels square wheels represents the idea or the quest for independence, the two guys pushing the guy represents all the seccesionists pushing for independence in plus 30 years since the Somali governments collapse.. The one guy with the round wheel represents an idea they've never given a thought, which is to claim the Somali nation, a nation which is already recognized and which they could've built on.. But I guess they're busy pushing theirs independence idea which one is buying..

Nah. There's no precendence for what you are saying. To declare a capital you have to control of the territory. You cannot just declare a new capital it will not be recognized..

Besides that's not the intention. Somaliland reclaiming it's sovereingty and rejecting the illegal union is due to being two different populations with different history and expecations when it comes to government. Somaliland couldn't fix Somagllia problems and wouldn't want to anyway.
