Why? Africa is mineral rich but full of stupid corrupt sighted leaders that'd do anything for for enrich themselves but keep their nations dirt poor, easy exploitation.

what china is doing isn't illegal or unlawful in international law it is just that some African politicians are corrupt and the people are tired of rebelling and changing the leader so often. We Africans should push for a democratic government so that we can arrest/vote out the corrupt leaders.

Yes they have. They just haven't experienced a good democracy, which they cannot have without transparency and a population aware of their voting interests

Getting some influence in the UN by the countrys vote

Africans lack the necessary civic education to maintain a Western-style. Just having the ability to vote and have your vote counted doesn't mean corruption can be immediately addressed. If anything, it opens you up and amplifies the influence of outsiders, perpetuating corruption.
