The reality is that most people have to realize if China fully opens up about 500,000-2million people will die even if they use Western vaccines, based on what Singapore and New Zealand did.

In NZ when they opened up this year, about 2000 died. In Singapore about 1400 when they opened last year. When Hong Kong opened up in March, the same time New Zealand opened up, 11,000 people died. Its population is 50% larger than New Zealand's. They need to just take the hit and open up for their economy to function normally again.

There is no point buying people an extra few months to the detriment of wider society. They lived a long life. For those who are fat and didn't take care of their health, that's not society's problem. No country should have ever locked down and I know a few people who died with it.
