no, but it like that somalia will experience periods of droughts punched by freezing temperature, flash floods and cyclone activity. in 2010 northern somalia experience a cold spell, it was literally freezing and there were hail storms. than that cyclone that hit bari in 2013 and know this second cyclone to hit Yemen, tell it that that is not a coincidences.
