The much hyped cabinet change only affects the Ministry of Finance and Jobs Ministry after Finance Minister tried to remove Xisbiyaha Guud.

There’s apparently a precedent that if the PM changes more than 4 Ministerial positions you have to have a vote in parliament and that would be risky given the lack of support there for the Prime Minister.
So who knows maybe they do this day by day if that could be a loophole

Surely this means Deputy PM can’t stay? In past Isaaq can’t get both Deputy PM and Finance. Samaroon usually get Finance because of this power sharing between Dir.

My friend we don't even bother about these positions, we see it as a Cad quudheed. Of course you know if Isaaq was on board, the formula would look like this 5.5. Isaaq would have a higher positions and lions share.
Still without Isaaq on board,
- Chairman of Central Bank
- Chairman of supreme Court
- Chairman of Upper house
- Finance minister
- Vice Prime minister
- Minister of Public works and reconstruction
And more ministers.
