Dubeys should really turn Ceeldaahir or Jinbac into a caasimad , its in a very strategic location between Bari, Sanaag/Haylaan, Sool and Nugaal every traveller has to pass through Ceeldaahir.

Its 20km between Jinbac and Ceeldaahir you can build up to 5 cities in that space alone

The mayor should invite shicib and diaspora to invest in the city
