The parliament has formed a Caucus to prevent HSM from changing the constitution without all stakeholders -- political and regional -- being present. That is, without Puntland and Somaliland, and also without consulting the public and political stakeholders.

This seems like good news and if they bar that guy out for 2 more years till next elections where i hope we get some other guy anyone but him.
He’s like cancer that need to be contained until a surgery date can be decided to have the tumour removed.
Too accurate
There was no somaliland or anyone else involved when garowe 1, garowe 2 and garowe 3 where taking place. Faroole hand wrote this confusing dastuur we use today.
This time culusow will do kismaayo 1, kismaayo 2 and kismaayo 3. Culusow won't stop for anyone and will get it passed both houses that I am 100 percent sure.
