Ngl, Casablanca is beautiful.
The Somali Coast has potential to replicate the coastal beauty of Casablanca by the hundreds of tuulooyin.

My mental masturbation kicks in on how the Somali Diaspora can take a part of the Somali coast and make into a state of towns that has been beautifully planned with facilities and infrastructures unlike the visual abominations you see in towns in Mudug and the rest of Somalia. They would be nearby each other and the nature of the rural areas would be restored like the Chinese and the Ethiopians did.
The local Somalis cant own land let alone live there unless they take part of a 5 year restoration campaign.
Prisoners and mandems from "prison schools á la Badriya in Bosaso" will be sent to labor camps where they have to toil to beautify the baadiyo landscape and keep camels in a farm.
