No and it’s not really organic or normal to have opposite sex friends. They’re meant to be acquaintances at best.

I agree, dynamic is definitely important. Yours is the popular guy/female follower dynamic which is pretty solid because women are doing things for you not the other way around.
Mutual friendships are gay (not always on the guy, maybe the girl is a lesbo/tomboy type). And one sided simp friendships are cucked to hell and back.
I can be friends with a woman but the majority of my friends were other men. Platonically, I had more in common with them than women. From my experience, most of my female friends are in comparison acquaintances, and if the bond grows, one of us ends up liking the other. There's less drama with my bros as well, since there's no up and down feelings, as shit is level for the most part. But yeah, you can have a platonic relationship with the opposite sex. It's not impossible.
