I know a geeljire from my tol that came to America with a macawiis and is balling out of control now. I know a few Somali millionaires from Canada but there aren't as many relative to the US. These people started their own businesses. They weren't banking on an RRSP or 401 K to make them millions. Not saying it's not possible but not as likely.
