Can Somalia defeat Ethiopia, considering the current division we have?

Somalia is very divided currently, with many of the population/states losing hope in the FGS and HSM. Can we really defeat Ethiopia in this current state?

I don’t think we can defeat them in the traditional sense, but we can make it no longer worth their time.
