Somali “pirates” are extremely misunderstood due to Western propaganda. They were mostly just poor fishermen who’s jobs were dying out because USA and their allies were dumping chemical garbage into our seas. These fishermen took to destroying them with their own boats. Thanks to them the chemical dumping decreased. Now it's the illegal fishing that's likely to anger them once more. Many of them also retired because they purportedly made millions off of these heists.
