Can SNA defeat al shabab on its own?

With the help of amisom and US, al shabab lost some ground but still maintain southern rural areas. Its says that, US forces left somalia and amisom is about to leave and SNA is taking more bigger role. With Somalia political corruption and extreme tribalism will they have the capitibliy to defeat alshabab? Al shabab collects more revanue than goverment itself
