Can Muslim horn of Africans unite regardless of ethnicity?

Would it be possible for their to be islamic unity in the horn of africa between Muslim Somalis, oromos, Amharas and other ethnic groups that inhabit the region. Muslims in the region are in the 10s of millions but instead of uniting it seems we put our ethnic differences before our religion.

Muslims in the Horn live in a contiguous landmass, so it isn't impossible in theory.

Best way to do this is for Somalia to become cool to associate with. Similar to how Japan is cool in Asia. That can be done by having a wealthier/more free society than in Ethiopia and promoting the idea through civil societies.

A Muslim HoA state would have a population of 70m+ people, 1.6million km², and would have over 200m by the 2070s. A decent project imo

Yes that's my intention. Put our differences aside and turn the Muslims into the ruling class in the horn of Africa.

If you look at Ethiopia now the Muslims are opreessed and weak. In the past the Muslims were united and expanded against the kuffars.
