Can music be played out loud in xamar ?

I heard madness goes on at liido beach but can ppl play music out loud or is al shabab listening ... I know music etc is played in hotels , etc but I’m talking about on the beach or road ....
Idk I see ppl doing music videos as well

Well when I was in xaamar we played loud music nothing happend

Are you being serious abaayo. No ones going to do nothing to you for blasting music out loud bombings may happen here and there but al shabaab no longer xukuun the city anymore like they did couple years back.

Obviously theres certain spots where you can do what you want or houses but it aint the west to where you just walk through busy normal public roads with a speaker lol.

Last time i was there all the bajajs were blasting somali music. No one cares..dont belive everything you hear abt mogadishu I knew i underestimated it when I saw an Atm next to a shop near suuqa bakaraha area.
