They have wide array of books in their language. Somalis do not have this level. Alot of what you'll see are in English and such. We need mass translations of foreign books and writings of our own on various subjects. This is the only way Somalia moves into the modern world.

There's already plenty of books in somali, I don't know of any fiction/fantasy style like books though.... It would be cool if they based if off Somali folklore.

If I got a good amount of money and looking to invest in something good I'd be paying to translate books into af Somali. Literally the best way to help our nation progress is making knowledge available in our language.

Notice how all states had a golden age after mass translations. The Arabs in Baghdad with the massive translations of roman, Greek and Indian books into Arabic leading to Islamic golden age.
