At best they have an even chance of taking Ceerigabo and even that's pushing it. I'm being objective here when I say that most of Somaliland territory east of Burco is lawless deserts anyways. It is governed by tribal law and everyone is armed. Not much will change aside from reverting to the early 2000s paradigm when SL governance was limited to Awdal, Woqooyi Galbeed and Western Togdheer.

PS not smart to wish for instability for your neighbour to the west even for strategic regions that will just introduce power vacuum, you already have instability to your south not wise to ask for more.
