Badly needed. They need a district council, then mayor, vice mayor, plus a cabinet to handle different areas within buhoodle district. They need police station, jail, and police force immediately to apprehend any criminal be it minor or major matters. They need to go to each village in Buhodle and ensure they are told this is they're district council and no more games of playing two admins of each other.

This will stop the nonsense of information wars happening especially when someone is brought a tv camera in house and says he is apart of this administration and then next day another camera comes and goes to another man in the same neighborhood and his claiming his apart of another administration. All this happened due to lack of administration, when there is no administration, anyone can come and claim it without fearing being arrested.
