Don't Burco store their arms away rurally like PL does? that's what happens mostly in PL and same with anywhere up untill galgaduud, buhodle, las anod, makhir, that whole 'ring' area 'store' their weapons outside towns and cities and they pull it out when their clan elder or politician declares war. There has been no disarmament in PL, I know that for CERTAIN. Did SL achieve full disarmament of Isaaq clans? If so that's quite an achievement wallahi for one clan to hand over his weapons to another clan is unheard of generally in Somalia
