I'm the only one alternating between laughing fits and shock at how he's casually hurling his ingredients across the goddamn room? :damn:

I'm trying out Keto, which is high-fat low carb.

I'm not so keen on the high-fat, except maybe for the first bit since I'm a slightly underweight and need to stabilize, but I'm trying to go low carb to drastically lower my blood sugars, plus I like the benefits ppl talk about; no energy crashes, endless energy, sleeping better, feeling great etc.

I was searching Bulletproof/Keto Tea, which is basically heavyfat tea, and this was the first result on YT

Coconut oil is very healthy, one of the best adaptogens but it also raises bad Cholesterol levels. After using coconut oil 1 tbsp a day for three month my chol. levels went from 98 to 152.
